The New “Customers” Module
The new “Customers” module allows sellers to organize customers sorted by key metrics, gain insights into customers’ activities, communicate using individual or group messaging, and easily drive new orders with links to the online showroom and one-click initiation of orders. Along with the Leads module, it provides a complete, light-weight CRM solution for sellers to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customers generated in or outside of the platform, all in one place. Customers and Leads modules are available only to Premium members. If you have a Premium account, you should see a new menu link “Customers” next to “Leads” on the top navigation bar.
